Biada Ravioli Kitchen

About Us

George Biada making fresh ravioli in 1996

The Biada Story

A recipe carried across an ocean.

"Biada" is Erica Low's maiden name, linking our kitchen to Lover, a village in the Italian Dolomites where fresh ravioli was a way of life.

Making ravioli has been a Biada family tradition since Erica was a little girl, especially every year at Thanksgiving.

Now, this mother and son team has partnered up to bring those fresh, fresh ravioli and scratch-made sauces to Utah, building a business around gathering people together.
