The Biada Story
"Biada" is Erica Low's maiden name, linking our kitchen to Lover, a village in the Italian Dolomites where fresh pasta was a way of life.
Making ravioli has been a Biada family tradition since Erica was a little girl, especially every year at Thanksgiving.
Now, this mother and son team has partnered up to bring those fresh, handmade ravioli and scratch-made sauces to Utah, building a business around gathering people together.
